I love good food made from fresh ingredients.  Quick and easy cooking should be fun and healthy. My goal is to share  healthy recipes that are easy to make and nutritious. Enjoy and eat well.

Following the simple principles of eating real food, not processed, eating whole grains, with lots of colourful vegetables, in season, with local and  organic whenever possible. I heard a food writer call processed food “crazy food” and this is a great description when you can’t recognize most of the ingredients in everyday foods! I believe that it is critical to eat well and eat real food for health and to enjoy life. Food is your fuel. The following recipes have been adapted and enjoyed recipes from some many sources.
