Post Workout Protein Shake

1 banana

250 ml or 1 cup unsweetened soy milk

1/4 package soft tofu

2 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup or 1/2 cup frozen fruit

4-6 ice cubes

Combine in a blender for a high protein shake. If using frozen fruit omit the ice cubes. You can

use chocolate milk instead of plain for a real chocolate treat.

Nutritional Info: 350 calories 26 gm protein 52 gm carbohydrate, 4 grams fat
